News on my/our (Dennis, Patty and Bentinho) Journey to India:
Our ticket is bought and received. We will leave Holland halfway through Januari and head for Delhi, by plane ;). Once landed safely in Delhi, we will probably stay in Delhi for a night or 2 and do some essential shopping.
From Delhi we will head for Rishikesh, approximately 400 miles North of Delhi. Rishikesh calls itself the worldcapital of Yoga. There are many ashrams in Rishikesh India that provide yoga training. In these ashrams one can also spend the night while learning yoga and meditation throughout the day as most rishikesh ashrams have have multiple programs running.
We will try to rent a house somewhere in the upper regions of Rishikesh. The lower regions of Rishikesh are the busiest and most crowded ones. The more North one travels, the more serene and meditative Rishikesh becomes.
Once we find ourselves our perfect place to stay, we will spend a couple of weeks getting used to the culture and atmosphere of India in general and Rishikesh in specific. From there on we will decide what to do, where to go, etc. We will probably start a trip through the himalaya and visit ashrams and monestaries in the mountains. I also have the plan to join some serious meditation reatreat programs in or near Rishikesh.
Now we only need to arrange an Indian visum and get our vaccinations.

Indian Masters on Meditation is a newly created webpage on Yoga Mind Control. It is also a frequently searched keyword, hence I named my new website’s page like that. It does not matter to me whether the masters that speak about meditation are Indians, as long as they are masters of the mind. Indian masters of the mind often explain their experience a bit more traditional, though this is not true for all of them. If you look at Osho or Krishnamurti for example, they talk about the mind in a purely psychological way.
Here is the page:
Indian Masters on Meditation
You can read a couple of quotations I took form some of these indian mastersI include some quotes of wisdom that are about meditation from some indian masters and comment on it, sharing my own perspective. At the end there is a video of Osho talking about meditation for contemporary people.
I will update the article with more quotes and videos of indian masters that give us their definition of what meditation means in their eyes. When I find valuable ones I will comment on them aswell.
Happy meditations,
Bentinho Massaro

Sense control means controlling the mind through developing control over the senses. The mind and the senses are in constant correlation with each other and the external world of shapes and forms. Control the mind and you master the senses, master the senses and you control the mind an you will be free from desire.
You can choose to work directly with the mind by witnessing the mind and transforming it, or you can choose to control one or more of its sense organs: the tools of the mind. Restraint them as you become more free from desire and through that sense control develop your Mind-Control.
Here is the new page on mastering your senses:
Sense Control
It will be updated soon with several meditation techniques that bring your senses under your control and develop self awareness. You can control the different senses in different ways and through different practices and techniques. Some of these exercises are incredibly helpful and can be applied anywhere adn at any time. The only factor that determines when and where you practice them, is the amount of courage you have.
